How do I use the mCig 2.0?
Quick Start Instructions:
mCig chamber and battery connection can get hot. Be careful not to touch hot stainless steel with lips or fingers. If mCig gets too hot, allow to cool before resuming session.
USB Charger LED Lighting:
Red Light = mCig Charging
Flickering Red & Green Light = mCig charge nearly complete
Solid Green Light = mCig charge complete
mCig 2 Device Lighting:
Press button get no light = mCig locked
Press button get Green Light = mCig powered at 3.3V
Press button get Blue Light = mCig powered at 3.5V
Press button get Green & Blue Light = mCig powered at 3.7V
Unlock mCig device by pressing power button 5 times rapidly
Change Voltage and lock mCig by pressing power button 3 times rapidly.
Troubleshooting mCig:
mCig flashes 5 times = mCig is powering up (from lock) or powering down (from 3.7V power setting).
mCig flashes 3 times = mCig is changing voltage
mCig flashes 10-20 times rapidly = Alert that mCig battery needs to be recharged or there is another fault with the device, contact customer support via email for help if recharging battery doesn’t resolve flashing: [email protected]
To Use mCig with no inserts: Remove silicon mouthpiece, fill empty metal chamber with material, do not fill past air intake hole on side of chamber. Choose power setting, hold power button and gently inhale on desired voltage setting.
With included insert: Grind up dry herb. Fill glass chamber. Use metal chamber to gently pack one end of ground up herb to create a gap of no material. Drop ceramic screen into mCig chamber and make sure it is seated evenly. Then put the empty gap end of glass chamber into the mCig. Prime ceramic and glass for 7-10 seconds and begin to gently inhale while holding power button. Allow 3-5 seconds to cool and push power button and inhale in 5-10 second bursts.
With Optional C4 Handmade Glass for concentrates:
With solid resins: Create a snake or pancake of material to place between glass screen and open end of the the glass chamber. Allow room for airflow, don’t entirely plug chamber with material. Insert screen first and use desired voltage setting.
With oil/wax extractions: Add a dab or two of material into inside of glass chamber. Insert glass screen into mCig. Drop glass chamber with small hole end first into mCig so small hole makes contact with glass screen. Prime mCig for 5 seconds on desired voltage setting by holding the power button, gently inhale while holding power button.

When will my order ship? When will I receive shipment tracking details?
You will receive an email with a link to track your order from USPS. When faced with abnormal order volume, orders may take as long as 10-14 business days to ship.
Is the mCig available for purchase outside the USA?
Yes! we currently ship the mCig internationally. Order one today!
Refunds and Warranties:
Please review all product information carefully. All sales are final, due to the nature of shipping batteries and used parts we are unable to accept returns for any reason.
Order Not Received
Once your order leaves our facility we are no longer in charge of it. If you do not receive your package and your tracking number says it has tracked, you will have to file a claim with the shipping company.
Missing Product
Orders with a missing product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery time. Reports can be made to [email protected].
How often do I need to clean my mCig?
In order to prolong the life of your mCig we recommend you clean the device on a regular basis. Use the included cleaning tool or a toothpick or bent paperclip to remove the heated plant material. For heavily resinated chambers, we recommend the chamber be cleaned with a Q-Tip soaked in 90% Isopropyl alcohol to clean around the chamber. Always be gentle around the heating element at the base of the mCig, never use force or try to remove the heating element or ceramic base. A clogged mCig chamber can also be soaked in 90% Isopropy alcohol. Allow time for the alcohol to evaporate. It is recommended to do 10-15 second dry runs holding the power button with nothing in the chamber cook off any remaining alcohol. Don’t inhale while doing this.
How fast does the mCig heat up and how do I know the plant material is heated?
The mCig heats up within 3 seconds of pressing the power button. Lightly inhale while pressing the power button and you will begin to taste/smell the heated plant material. DO NOT PRESS THE BUTTON FOR MORE THAN 10 SECONDS AT A TIME.
How do I know when to charge the mCig?
The mCig Green/Blue LEDs will flash 10 times repeating.
How long does it take to charge?
1-1.5 hours to charge. When placing the mCig battery on the charger, the charger LED light will be red while charging. It may flicker from Red to Green and then a more constant Green with red blinks. When the LED on the charger is steady green light, the mCig is charged. Remove the mCig battery from the charger.
How is the mCig 2.0 shipped?
The mCig is shipped through the USPS in plain packaging, free from logos and other identifying marks.
What is recommended for use with mCig?
The mCig is designed for use with loose leaf herbs such as tobacco but can also accommodate waxes and concentrated resins. mCig, Inc. does not recommend or warrant non-tobacco use, except in localities, states, and nationalities where medical use and/or recreational use of cannabis are legal. We strongly recommend avoiding products that have added liquids such as propylene glycol, glycerin, or e-juice both because it can drip into the device and it can scorch the tobacco or plant material to the heating chamber walls.
How long should I wait after smoking before cleaning the mCig?
A couple minutes should be sufficient for the device to cool down. Always take precaution when handling a potentially hot device.
Can I use mCig places where smoking is prohibited?
Please study your local laws and ordinances before using the mCig in public places.
Is mCig FDA approved?
The Family Smoking Prevention bill (HR 1256) prohibits any tobacco product from designating itself as “FDA approved.” The FDA does not condone the act of consuming tobacco.
Is the mCig for all ages?
No! The mCig is exclusively for adults. If you find any evidence of a retailer who is selling or marketing the mCig to minors, please let us know immediately. We have a zero-tolerance policy on this issue.
