MCIG Warranty Details

Please review all product information carefully. All sales are final, due to the nature of shipping batteries and used parts we are unable to accept returns for any reason.

Damaged/Incomplete/Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order shipped from mCig that is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately. Please note: damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery.
